		Shipping NOMACO's protection profile, EP5, was custom designed to mechanically lock fit the edges of expensive whirlpool tubes. The profile easily bends around the corners and contours of the tub to reduce breakage during shipping and handling. EP5 was awarded the "Gold Gear Award" for Packaging Technology and Engineering Magazine in January of 1996.
		Storage and Handling For windshield, window glass and mirror protection, Nomafoam will cushion and protect edges and reduce breakage. Nomafoam easily conforms to any shape and will protect and keep glass panes separate. The results will be an effective means to reduce breakage in material handling and storage. From pipe wrap/insulation to construction backer rods, Nomafoam protects, separates and seals.
		Materials Handling For delicate computer, electronics and bio-medical equipment NomaPak 40 and 50 custom edge and corner pads can be used in conjunction with corrugated packaging to reduce costly shipping damage and expensive returns. Nomafoam is re-usable and is 100% recyclable.

Nomafoam is an extruded, low density, closed-cell thermoplastic (polyethylene) foam - noted for the versatility of its applications and characteristics. Flexible Nomafoam can be customized to meet a wide variety of parameters. Nomafoam’s density range is from 1.6 lbs. to 9 lbs. Nomaco may have an extrusion profile with specifications close to what you need.
